Grove Cottage is located just off the 'Green' at Boffin St, Westport. This Old Style cottage, built in the 1930's, has been recently completely renovated to the highest standards. The small cottage 'look' from the front hides a spacious four bedroom property which has two storeys to the rear. The property is only a few minutes walk from Westport Quay with its fine seafood restaurants and charming pubs. It faces, across the green, the wall of Westport House, the entrance to which is only a few hundred yards away.

The cottage comprises of four bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. There are two doubles, one set of twin beds plus a single. The house sleeps comfortably seven people. There is a large open plan central area with fine pine furnishings, a large eight seater circular pine dining table, modern kitchen and South facing sunny lounging area with french doors leading to a large cut stone patio with a long narrow garden. There are two T.V. viewing areas. One in the open plan lounge the other in the formal sitting room which boasts a leather suite and mahogany furniture.
