Thank you for the communication throughout the booking process and thanks for your patience with our late risers. They had been on the road and working very hard over the preceding days so enjoyed a comfortable start in Boffin.

The lodge was beautiful and very accommodating for our group. We enjoyed the common areas and the rooms were perfect. Breakfast was good and Kate was very helpful. Communication was good throughout the booking process and the location was great with lots of restaurant and shopping nearby.

Location - Excellent with safe parking beside the property. Facilities - seamless check in , ground floor dog friendly room as requested, lots of space for dog bed , very comfortable bed , good bathroom , constant hot water and constant warm temperature in the room , lots of towels, coffee /tea / cold water / fridge/ microwave down the hall , quiet - no noise . Staff extremely pleasant , efficient and helpful with local knowledge. Breakfast - super - freshly cooked - fresh coffee/ cafetière. Really good value compared with other accommodations in the area . Would recommend and happily say there again . Thank you .

The presentation and approach to breakfast varied on both mornings. On the first morning Saturday, The full Irish breakfast was perfectly cooked and served well by a young waitress who was very friendly and helpful. Also the lady cooking breakfast in the kitchen was chatty and friendly and we had a lovely experience. On the second morning Sunday, different staff were on duty. The full Irish breakfast was not presented well. The two sausages had not been separated when unpacked and were cooked joined together and so not evenly cooked. I asked for well done rashers. To be fair I was given three rashers but they were stuck together and as a consequence parts were not cooked fully. Perhaps some of the breakfast had been pre-cooked and heated up?. I’m not trying to be critical because the breakfast and buffet offerings were good but the consistency on the second day was not there. Another small point on Sunday morning was the arrival of the cooked breakfast before we had finished our cereal.

I wont say didn't like but suggeated areas for improvement. - WiFi wasn't great. - The back garden area could.do with a little tidy up. Even the tiled area. - a few tea towels for drying dishes.
